Wants to use UK’s game shuttle
Question: Here’s an Ask Us question for you. I know that there’s a shuttle service for UK football games but where do you catch it at and is the service free? Thanks
Julie
Answer: Information on how to catch the shuttle and its cost ran in the Herald-Leader on Sept. 1 of this year:
“Take the shuttle.”
That’s the message Lexington police Sgt. Paul Sims wants fans to hear.
“We give priority to the shuttle on a dedicated route,” he said. “It’s a straight shot in and a straight shot out.”

My mother was a public school librarian. I earned a bachelor’s degree in music and a master’s degree in library and information science from the University of Kentucky. The Herald-Leader hired me as a news assistant 25 years ago; soon after, I moved to the news research department, where I’ve been ever since. We used to clip newspapers. Now, almost all of our research is online. We've come a long way.
